Slim Eye/Eyebrow Pencils in 'Black Brown, White & Teal' by NYX - Review & Swatches!

Eye/Eyebrow pencil that scratches the skin is a total turn off for me and I don't think before tossing it into the dustbin. I was so tempted by tons of shades in this Slim Eye/Eyebrow pencil y NYX. I saw a super awesome sale on a local online store and did not give a second thought before buying these. Did they work for me or I tossed them away? Let's find out.

Slim Eye/Eyebrow Pencil by NYX:
They say: 'Slim, trim but never prim, our Slim Eye Pencils come in 40 entrancing shades—from seafoam green to black glitter. The creamy, long-wearing eye liner formula goes on easily and resists bleeding.'

Product Description & Packaging:
These are usual pencils with a plastic cap. They come in various beautiful shades.
I ordered mine from Colours Cosmetics Malaysia and everything reached me via a safe courier service in about two days.

Sorbitan Isostearate, Isocetyl Stearate, Polyethylene, Phenyl Trimethicone, Candelilla Cera, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter Unsaponifiables, Cera Alba, Simmondsia Chinensis Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Nylon-12, Octyldodecanol, Polyglyceryl-2-Diisostearate, Silica, Cera Carnauba, Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Tocopherol, PVP/Hexadecene Copolymer, Stearakonium Hectorite, Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate, Propylparaben, Propylene Carbonate

Pros & Cons:

Pros:

• Highly pigmented.
• Glides onto the skin pretty easily.
• Stays on eyes even without primer or eye shadows for about 4-6 hours, though it tones down just a bit.
• Water/sweat resistant.
• Smudge free if not rubbed with fingers.
• Black Brown works really nice for eyebrows as well.
• Works fine for eyelids and waterline.
• Comes in so many beautiful colors.
• Works fine as a base for eye shadows as well.
• Non irritant.

Cons:

• I did not find anything negative about this product.

Overall Experience:
I saw that Colours Cosmetics Malaysia was having a really nice sale on their website and thought to go through the products. I saw these liners by NYX and ordered them right away. I wanted to get some more colors but most of the colors were out of stock.

I really liked the pigmentation, color pay off and staying power of these liner. I have been using Black Brown for my eye brows and eyes and it works great. I really loved White & Teal as well. All of these shades look really pretty on eyes without any eye shadow as well. I was really amazed when I saw that these eye liners actually stay on eyes for really long hours without smudging. I hate eye liners that are harsh on skin but these are really smooth, soft and perfect. If sealed with eye shadows of same color, they won't even tone down.

They also work really nice as eye shadow base. If you have oily lids, you might want to use an eye primer before you apply these pencils as eye shadow base as they will crease in some time.

Overall, I am really happy that I got these in a really nice deal which I never expected.

Recommendation:
If you are looking for good quality eye/eyebrow pencils, you should check them out. I am really looking forward to get them in different colors as they are easy and quick to use and add such a fun color to eyes which is perfect for summers.
