Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser:
I read from the Cetaphil website that :
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is a mild, non-irritating formulation that soothes skin as it cleans. In fact, it's gentle enough for a baby's delicate skin. Designed specifically to work for all skin types, it is a simple, yet highly effective way to care for your skin.

• Our best-seller and fan favorite
• As gentle as it gets — soothes and cleanses, leaving skin smooth and soft
• Mild, soap-free formula cleanses without irritation — it won’t strip skin of its natural protective oils or emollients
• Moisturizes without leaving residue that can clog pores
• Available sizes: 2oz, 4oz, 8oz, 16oz

My Story:
By now, you have figured out that I prefer soap-free cleansers for myself but let me tell you why I chose to do that. Well, after years and years of struggling with combination and sensitive skin type, I finally figured out that facial soaps are not for me because they strip all the oils out of my skin and until or unless I do two more steps, toning & moisturizing, right away, my skin would get patches that are also very itchy.

I first started using a soap-free cleanser but I still had to balance my skin out by at least using a moisturizer until I tried Cetaphil's Gentle Skin Cleanser in travel-size form. I traveled with this because I wanted something convenient, something that can be used for both face and body, and small enough to carry because I was traveling light. This was a very good decision for me because I fell in love with it. When I travel, I tend to use more makeup than the usual routine and I also get exposed to dust because I am outdoors more as well and washing my face in the morning and then at the end of the day with Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser felt so refreshing.

This was my first time, accidentally using a soap-free cleanser that moisturizes as well. This was years ago. A few weeks ago when I was contacted to try and review this product, I immediately accepted the campaign because I was already a consumer of this particular product.

So what I am actually trying to say by telling you my story is that this Gentle Skin Cleanser really works to clean your skin and after a quick and to the point review below, I will share how I like to use this in my everyday routine.

Review (personal opinion):
This soap-free Gentle Skin Cleanser has been in my use for years and it always works like a charm. Since I am a blogger and I get so many cosmetics to try on a regular basis, I do take a break from one skincare routine to try another but this Cetaphil cleanser has always been part of my daily routine regardless situation.

It really cleanses the skin while moisturizing at the same time and with my combination/sensitive skin type, I never have to use a separate moisturizer when I use this cleanser. It is also fragrance-free so it works perfectly for my itchy skin issue as well. When I say it moisturizes, don't think that it leaves your skin greasy. Instead, it leaves your skin looking like you took your time to make sure that your skin is evenly moisturized and not feeling tight, itchy, dry or red-ish.

I also started using the cleanser for my body and I would admit that I do not feel satisfied in my brain when my body wash does not lather but my oh my, this baby moisturized my skin so well that I felt an instant change in how my skin feels on the rest of my body.

I particularly have very dry legs and feet and Gentle Skin Cleanser helped a lot with that as well.
Overall, I absolutely love this product and I highly recommend that you try it or keep one around. It is also a safe product to keep in your guest bath because a harsh, full of fragrance product cannot be used by everyone but a mild, fragrance and soap free product like this can surely be used by everyone.

How I Use This:
- In the morning to wash my face as usual because my face doesn’t really get dirty when I sleep.
- During the day if I have sweated too much while cooking or cleaning around the house.
- At the end of the day, before my regular skincare routine.
- To remove my makeup - this is like killing two birds with one stone because I can get pretty lazy at times.
- To wash my hands after I do the dishes with hands because it moisturizes the skin so well.
- To wash my feet other than when I take a shower because my feet need extra moisturizer.
- During traveling, because I need a mild cleanser that I can use for more than one or two times a day.
- When my skin feels extra tired and sensitive, I grab this cleanser without second thoughts.
