Overall Experience:
I always had a love / hate relationship with Makeup Fixers. I love the feel when it hits the face because I live in a hot & humid weather and it also makes even the heaviest makeup look well blended & skin-like. Makeup Fixers are indeed a quick fix when you are dealing with dry patches on your face or have applied too much powder and made yourself look cake-y, a few sprays of the mist + a light handed buffing and voila!
But, all those claims of Makeup Fixers keeping your makeup intact for longer than usual didn't really work for me. Same goes with this spray. I love it for the facts I mentioned above and it might have increased the longevity of my makeup by half an hour or so but not more than that. Plus it has a bit bitter taste.
As far as the claim about no need of setting powder goes, that's not suitable for oily skin type unless you are using a foundation where you don't need a setting powder.
Does it makeup your makeup smudge free? Well, to some extent yes but once you start to sweat, there can be a bit of smudging.
Overall, this fixer works great to give you a skin-like finish even with full coverage makeup but I am not too impressed with the claim of it keeping the makeup in place for all day.
