This eye shadow primer comes in a plastic squeeze-y tube with a pretty bling twist cap. The tube contains 10ml of product. The formula is creamy in texture and has a slight tint in it.
Since I tried MUA's Professional Eye Primer, I could not like any other eye primer, not even UDPP. Not every eye primer is suitable for oily eyelids and last throughout the day making your eyeshadows waterproof.
The day I tried this Eye Shadow Primer by Stageline Cosmetics, I was so happy that now I have an alternate to the MUA one, just in case that goes out of stock for a long time like a few months ago.
This eye shadow primer has a slight tint in it, it does not get too sticky and dries in a decent time. It makes eyeshadows really vibrant and you will get the actual color payoff for all your eye shadows and pigments over this primer.
My eye makeup over this eye primer lasts for over 12-14 hours and I am sure it will last even longer but I haven't got any occasion to keep the makeup on my eyes for that long.
You also cannot deny how gorgeous that packaging is. Look at the bling on the cap. =D
Overall, I could not be more pleased with this eye primer. This works exactly like my favorite and most repurchased eye primer by MUA Cosmetics. If you want a good eye primer even if you have really oily lids; Stageline Cosmetics could be one of the best and really affordable option for you.
