They say;
Golden Rose Cat’s Eyes Liner creates precision contour around the lash line and gives dramatic look to the eyes with its matte and intense black color. Its water-resistant formula won’t smear or smudge and stays long hours. Easily applicable as thin as you desire with its qualified and soft brush.

Overall Experience:
Cute packaging, easy to manage consistency, ultra fine & pointy applicator, rich black & matte finish and great wearing time without getting smudged; this would be all that I have in my heart for this liquid liner.

I seriously don't mean to write such a short review because if you know me; I tend to write [talk] a lot but I did not have much to say about this awesome liquid liner.

To elaborate just a tiny bit; the formula dries really quickly and once it is dry and have gone matte, it will not smudge or smear even with sweating unless you really mess with it. This is not a waterproof product; but resistant enough to handle some. And it worked on my oily lids just fine.

And, to get that rich black finish; you will need two thin or one thick coats of the product. I would suggest going for two thin coats.

Overall, I am in love. I felt really comfortable using the applicator which gives precised results specially when I am doing wings.
